A dynamic executive and accomplished change catalyst with over two decades of experience, Mark has been recognized as an Inc. 500 entrepreneur. He has had the privilege to coach and mentor Fortune 500 executives and work with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to develop the next generation of business and sales leaders. Mark is seen as a visionary who uses his presentation and communication skills to paint pictures, tell stories, frame experiences, and shape perspectives.

MINDSETGO LAUNCH AND PURPOSE

In 2014, Mark launched MindsetGo, an innovative company that specializes in omnidirectional communication, emotional agility, and shifting mindsets. Mark’s goal when working with clients is to facilitate sustainable performance, attitude, and habit change with self-awareness as the foundational core competency. Mark supports all levels of leadership in a wide variety of areas such as wealth management, insurance, manufacturing, construction, lumber, healthcare, information technology, and hospitality. He has been credited with superior relationship development insight and an innate ability to connect with the people he supports. This allows him to identify and resolve complex communication and change management issues throughout organizations.

SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OWNER AND INVESTOR

Prior to MindsetGo, Mark founded Mark Altman & Associates (MA&A) in 2001. He grew and transformed his vision into a business which was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation in 2010 and 2011. Mark sold the company and, shortly thereafter, became a private investor and member of Launchpad Investment Group in Boston.

PASSIONS

Mark is a native of Boston and enjoys spending time with his three active children. He has also been a passionate youth sports coach for the last 20 years, and a freelance sports reporter for the Associated Press (AP), covering home games for the Boston Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins. Mark hosts the ICommunicate podcast, which features trusted experts who discuss diverse communication challenges and solutions in professional, personal, and generational relationships. The podcast supports emotionally intelligent communication that bridges relationship gaps in the workplace between employers, employees, and leaders. He also chairs and facilitates Meeting of the Masterminds, supporting business owners seeking problem-solving, accountability, new perspectives, and strategy.
