Kari Weigel

Executive Coach

Kari is a business owner, executive coach, and facilitator for business leadership peer groups.  She has been married to her husband Ryan for 24 years and they have 3 kids. Their oldest 2 daughters are in college and their son is in high school.  Kari spends most of her professional time with business owners and key leaders.  Between her 4 business peer groups, she has 82 members.  They meet monthly to learn, grow, challenge, and hold each other accountable.  She was a member of one of these groups and worked with an executive coach.  It helped her scale her business, expand, and triple her size in revenue and even more in profit.  Kari experienced firsthand the power of a peer group and having an executive coach.  She is now here to help other business leaders create their own paths, grow personally and professionally, and achieve their goals.
