• You routinely face challenges gaining or keeping the attention of your audience during meetings, pitches, or other presentations
• Once you make a mistake during a presentation or speech, you have no idea how to recover
• Your role routinely requires presentation-giving and/or public speaking, and your bosses and colleagues always ask difficult questions that you don’t know how to handle
