LEARN TO DELIVER MINDSETGO PROGRAMS
Learn how to help employees identify training needs, fine-tune to be a more effective coach or trainer, facilitate in-house and onboarding training, and evaluate performance effectiveness. We offer two different train-the-trainer programs. The first is “jump start” training to bring new employees or an employee in a new position up to speed. The second is continuous improvement training designed to keep all staff ahead of the curve.
Whether you work with Mark or another facilitator, know that our team shares over sixty years of experience across multiple fields and industries and are committed to setting you up for success. Our Train the Trainer certification helps each participant assume the role, responsibilities, and expectations of a facilitator and learn how they can create lasting change.
