Even when people have the best intentions, employees often find it challenging to make changes to their behavior even when these behaviors are causing them to underachieve; resulting in missed deadlines, communication breakdowns, and lost revenue for themselves and the organization. What about the people though who lack awareness, urgency, and/or have no intention of changing? That’s a whole different level of challenge.
