When I was young I had a passion for music and a dream of becoming a talent scout in the Recording Industry. The idea of helping artists to flourish by “match-making” was thrilling to me. While attending Berklee College of Music, I went to a staffing agency to seek entry level experience with a Record Company. That is when I discovered the Staffing Industry.
I became a Recruiter and the role captured my passion in the same way I dreamed of connecting artists with their audiences. I love being a part of people’s lives by offering a platform for success while seeing businesses flourish because of them. If you’ve ever introduced two friends who fell in love, you know the feeling!
I was fortunate to find quick success in the Staffing Industry as I moved from my position as Recruiter to Business Development and ultimately to Managing Director. After 12 years in the industry, I had the foundational knowledge and stored creativity to build a proprietary process centered on precision and rapid response that helps companies reduce recruiting costs. With that process in hand, I launched Franklin Professional Associates in 2011. At Franklin Professional Associates, we help companies achieve higher levels of results by bringing them the people they need, when they need them, while saving them time and money in the recruitment process.
When I am not working or having fun with my team or customers, I enjoy volunteering my time to various committees focused on Human Resources best practices, Community Leadership, and Economic Development. I also relish spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We enjoy anything fitness oriented, reading/being “information junkies” through various means, wine-making, sailing and traveling internationally to learn about other cultures.
